I’m a landlord and had to use Ainsworth to repair a heating and air conditioning unit. I’ve currently been waiting for an invoice for about a month. I’ve called several times and all they say is “someone who deals with invoices will call you tomorrow”. Well tomorrow has turned in to a month and a half. It is now tax season and I still struggle to even reach anyone. Sure they fixed the unit, but on the other end of this business they are completely lost and un professional. I am sorry for this rude rating and comment. I feel this is my last hope in reaching someone. Thanks
I hate to review a company on their driving because it has nothing to do with the quality of work. However, being on the phone while in 400 rush hour traffic and weaving in and out of the lane like a drunk is no way to be driving a company vehicle. Have a chat with your drivers and tell them to pay attention to the road.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would I haven't even dealt with them but their drivers are horrible. While I'm sitting in my PARKED car, one of the company vehicles (#5541, License AF79253) had the nerve to front park and think he could get away with scraping the side of my vehicle. Instead of stopping as soon as he hits me he continues and scrapes off paint on my bumper. Like the person below, have a chat with your drivers, they shouldn't be handling company vehicles.
