Had to come here to deliver some material when I was rudely greeted by a woman named Christina. She first hangs up on me and doesn’t advise me where to go and when I called back she again gives a horrible attitude and proceeds to hang up again. The only people who are saving this place with their customer service is the men who work in the back. I believe his name is Darryl. Will not be coming back after that horrible encounter.

As a professional landscaper I can say this is the best garden center in the GTA. I will often go out of my way to give them business. They have really good hours and the best customer service in the business. They give proper amounts when buying bulk materials unlike most garden centers.

This is my go to place for all my landscape and garden needs for like the last 10 years,the owner is amazing and helps out alot. Definitely told all my family and friends now they go here also,Thanks Steve for giving me extra pea gravel because some bags were ripped that was nice of you.
