Outstanding! My church in Burlington, completely outside the territory of AG Secure PM, wanted to lease out the Rectory/Manse using a property management company but had no idea what to expect. Rob Hilton, one of the owners of AG Secure PM, met with my team and not only shared forms etc., but he spent time explaining to us, coaching us, advising us, guiding us through all the nuances and pitfalls of using a PM company vs other options. He was incredibly passionate about his industry, so helpful and really went above and beyond for something he was to get no benefit from. Unfortunately, he set our expectations so high we are having a hard time finding a company in the Burlington/Hamilton area that comes close to his quality, honesty and ethics. I would not hesitate to hire AG Secure - they are fantastic!!!

November 15, 2017 They have no idea what their renters are doing to the property. Have had to look at bags of garbage in front of property that is under their management on my street. Wildlife has ripped it open. I don't think this company even drives by at random to see what the hell their rents do. So disgusted!! I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could. Jan 2018 - Well it looks like you are not very good at your job - - - nothing has been resolved. The same thing over and over and over. I guess if you own a dog and don't want to not clean up its feces EVER, or you think it is acceptable to let your garbage bags accumulate and leave bags out on the front lawn where you rent, for the Property-tax paying neighbours to look at, (and for the wild animals to rip apart), PLEASE, Please, please make sure you become a renter with this company as the property manager. For absentee or out of town owners/landlords: If you want all the neighbours to hate you, please make sure you use this company to manage your property. Maybe A.G. Secure should manage fewer properties and do a better job of it. I have more photos I can post too.
I wanted to report an issue and mistakenly thought AG Secure was the property management company but embarrassingly enough, they were not. Despite that, Stephanie returned my call and took the time to provide some resources and directed me to the correct contact. Super helpful and kind! Thank you, Stephanie :)
Staff are amazing and friendly. They treat everyone with respect. They are efficient and do their job well. I can call on them whenever there may be something wrong in my home and I get a swift response. I even joined the AG Secure Facebook page for updates... what a Brilliant idea. I lived in a condo before and no one even thought of that. I love my home and the people who take care of me.
We have had Rob and his Team as our property management for more then 3 years now .Always very much on top with everything especially spontaneous response to emergency situation and amazing service .Specially would like to thank \AimeeLynn \ works in Service Dept for her throughout help and advise recently.Thank you ALL for outstanding service even with COVID restrictions .
