Tom's gang MERRY MEN ! have come to my home for 2 items.. first was a renovation that required some heat runs to changed around and to install a gas fireplace insert.. Both times I have been impressed with the Staff who were here. Very knowledgeable and just dam pleasant! The gas insert is so attractive.. it was just perfect for this old house. Good folks and a Good Company to put on your list of Trade to call you can trust! They will be back!

Thank you to Affordable Comfort who came highly recommended to us through our contractor. The guys were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and really took time and care in their work. Definitely 5 star service and we will use them again.
Dispatch of the Service Tech was prompt and professional, Service Technician arrived at the front end of the 2hour arrival window given , Technician arrived with the tools required to diagnose the problem in a fast and efficient manner. Unfortunately the repair required parts that would not be considered normal inventory for a service vehicle. Dispatch quoted the replacement parts within hours and a follow up appointment was scheduled for the next day . A different Service Technician arrived same professional service and prompt repair , both Technicians asked if there was any further questions before they left . Invoicing was Emailed and payment on line was simple and straightforward. A follow up inquiry was Emailed the next day to ensure everything was functioning as normal. Overall I was impressed that this is a well managed company with a focus on customer satisfaction .
My furnace wasn't working and I called to have it looked at. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. They were able to have someone here within 2 hours. His name was Cam and he was very professional and amazing. He did a great job!! I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Amazing experience. Thank you so much for getting us out of the cold :)... Will definitely call again if we need any other work done. Great Job!!!
Affordable Comfort Heating installed a furnace mounted Aprilaire 500 humidifying system and duct work. Their installer was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Work was done on time and efficiently. COVID protocols were followed and work place was left in clean condition . Thanks Affordabel Comfort. Rick
