Very fast service but the price for pumping out less then a full 100 gallon sewer holding tank in approx. 15 minutes from arrival to departure was 400.00 or 1600.00 an hour if the driver does 4 similar ones. WoW ! Even the driver must have thought it should have been less because he commented on the smaller volume and gave me a receipt without putting in the price saying, " he would make a call to the office " However, when I phoned the office with this info the lady was firm that 400.00 was the flat rate claiming the driver knew that...I realize I was quoted 400.00 when I placed the call but this was an emergency situation and I feel like I was in a vulnerable situation and perhaps septic pumper businesses feel the same way. So, I extended my credit card but thought this was an absurd price for so little voulme and so little time and labor to pump the tank. Beware !

I've used this company twice at my home and have nothing but good things to say. They were professional, courteous, competitively priced and helpful in addition to providing some of their expertise I was having with a tank alarm.

Terrible experience. Alarm started going off on my septic pump, so I called these guys and they said they would send someone over to take a look at it and ensure the float wasn't stuck. The guy showed up at my house not knowing what he was there to do, and was extremely rude to my wife who was the one home at the time. He asked her what she wanted him to do because apparently he didn't have any instructions from head office on what to do. After a ton of back and forth between their head office and him on the phone he decided he would take it upon himself to pump both the septic tank and pump chamber and hand my wife a bill for 520. I had a plumber come the day later (after their plumber didnt show up or call me even though they said he would be there later that day), and he told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my pump and it was likely a stuck float, that could have been resolved with minimal effort. Now I have a 520 septic bill for something that should have cost me absolutely nothing. Save your money and call someone else.
