Aerotec provided me with a prompt and competitive quote for the overhaul of my Continental O-300D. Phil Burchinshaw (Business Development Rep) regularly followed up with me during the decision-making process, which no other company did. That obvious interest in my business and their extended warranty made the decision much easier. Their superior customer service extended through the overhaul and after delivery with Phil checking in to see how the engine was performing. The engine has been in service for a year and I have never doubted my decision. Follow-up Comments I had a minor but costly warranty claim after 100 hours of service. I submitted a request for reimbursement and received a cheque today for the full amount. Thank you for such responsive service Aerotec!
