I went in to the store needing a new pair of running shoes with an open mind as to type, sizing and fit as I was suspicious I had previously been fit for a shoe that wasn’t the best for me. Alex greeted me and happily assessed my foot, sizing the length and the width and then explaining how the shoe size should be at least a half size bigger than I had thought I was. We then took the time to try on and chat about probably 12 pairs of shoes! Alex patiently explained why, based on my foot shape and size that a shoe I had previously used before would not be ideal for me. Again with an open mind I tried on the shoes she had matched for me, and I could not be happier with them! The sizing was much bigger than I was used to, I had not typically used a neutral shoe, and the fit was much roomier than I was used to. Again with an open mind, trying the shoe first on a treadmill I gave them a shot and am extremely pleased with how everything turned out! I highly recommend checking out this store for their huge selection and extremely patient and personable staff to help you out. Great experience. Thank you!

Both my son and I recently got fully kitted out for ski gear for the first time this past week. Aaron was wonderful to deal with and he took a lot of time making sure we were looked after. It's just another example of the incredible customer service which keeps me coming back.

Took my 7 yr. old grandson for his first set of ski gear; what a positive experience for him. The sales clerk spoke to him, asking his opinion on colour choices ect., explaining things as they went through the process. He is so excited for his first trip to the hills. His expertise has allowed me to return to running a year ago and maintain excellent results with running \u200d️ My finicky wife footed husband was fitted yesterday. He is fussiest person on the planet when it comes to shoes . Luke was magic in his fitting and combined with his kind heart , my husband walked away with two incredible perfectly fitting shoes.
