I happened to be moving right before Christmas and during COVID.. Talk about stressful!! The only non stressful part was getting a storage unit. I am a returning customer and was beyond impressed by the exquisite customer service I received. Even though Solita was very busy she handled every customer with care and a bright positive attitude. The care and customer service are a 10/10 here Would highly recommend!

Nice clean facility - the girl there ( Solita ) helped my friend get set up in a Unit, and was more than happy to show us around - professional and quick with everything she did!
Temperature controlled and the gates are super secure and fast. Could only find two elevators quite far apart but its fine if your locker is not too far from them.
Access is great. Loading and unloading is a bit of an issue as the main thoroughfare is narrow but all in all a great experience
