had a very bad experience with this business. took a janome 1600 in for service and cleaning. upon return the machine did not work any better and cleaning had been very poorly done, possibly not at all. machine was returned with broken parts. i was charged 170 !! then took machine in to actual janome dealership, was charged only 120 but machine was properly cleaned, oiled, and tuned. i have since then tried to contact this business numerous times because i fully believe i deserve my money back, but have had no response, time after time. i recommend totally staying away from this company.
