I had a full SMP treatment with Rob. He is very personable and really excels at what he does. During the consultation he answered all of my questions and when explaining the process to me, he made sure the procedure was a right fit for me before going forward. One of my initial concerns was that I have an allergy to nickel, but Rob was accommodating and did a patch test prior to going through with it. I did not have any allergic reactions so we booked the sessions and the whole process went smoothly. I'm really happy with the results! His work is natural, and realistic, and at the end of the day I have more confidence in how I look now. If you're considering SMP, I highly recommend having a consultation with Rob James.

Let me start by saying Right when you walk in the door you are greeted by one of the most chill nice guys. After you sign the paperwork and he goes into detail about what he can achieve for your hair and how many sessions he delivers the most detailed realistic hair Density I have ever seen. I’m a barber I’m Vancouver so I definitely know when hair looks like hair lol. Always had a thin hairline but wasn’t going bald by any means so the fact that I got it done by him has made my Confidence go Through the roof! Couldn’t be happier and I have only done 1 session.. yea it’s going to look even better when I go in for my 2nd. I have also seen his full SMP on friends that are completely bald and the work is amazing. Would highly recommend this to someone who feels like Their hair confidence could you a bit of a boost! Won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Rob I recommend you all the time.
