June 11, 2020 this gutter and downspout were \cleaned\. Photo taken within 24hrs; note standing water and debris. Two and a half weeks later, June 30, a crew returned; downspouts are still clogged. July 14, another crew returned. They were observed attempting to snake the downspouts, but without a drill, were unable to get passed the multiple \s\ bends in the downspouts.
Andy gave us a reasonable quote in a short time, was able to answer my concerns and questions, and started work asap weather permitted.

I called Andy because my gutters were coming off the garage. He came in a couple of hours and repaired them on the spot. He didn’t try to sell me new ones and told me they were good for another 5 years. Reattached them to the garage. I am so impressed with his honesty and integrity. I will call him when it’s time to replace them
