I got referred to Dale from a friend who had dealt with this shop before, and I am very pleased that I took their recommendation. Dale bullet proofed my e40d transmission for an extremely reasonable price and it came with an excellent warranty, even better then the warranty a ford dealership would offer. Dale was quick to work me into his schedule and got it done. I highly recommend giving Dale a visit in West Kelowna for diagnostic or repair work.

I went to Advanced when my vehicle all of a sudden had no reverse! Never a good thing. Dale and his business were highly recommended by 3 mechanic friends I talked to. He was very busy but open, honest and despite dealing with delays for parts, he kept in communication and talked me through what was wrong, what was needed and what he needed to do to make things right. He warranties his work and is just a straight shooter. I feel safe driving the vehicle, look forward to a nice road trip and am happy to refer others to get their transmission work done here.
Dale and his staff are friendly, helpful and fantastic to work with. Currently I live in Terrace (16 hour drive away), Dale has been so awesome in the past helping me with my transmission needs, that I planned a trip to kelowna around getting my truck to him to rebuild a tired transmission. He got my truck done within the timeline he promised and came in at the exact price he quoted. His mechanic even stayed late the day I picked it up so I could drive away with it. The best thing I can say is he is honest, if you arnt very mechanical, and are unsure about where to bring your vehicle, Advanced will never play any games or try to take advantage of someone regardless of their mechanical knowledge. If your transmission isnt working right bring it here.
