Zero Stars Highly Unprofessional. Windows not cleaned. Ignored. Instead of resolving the outstanding issue they abuse, They are Libel. See pics and facts, Facts Update 2021-from 2018 to 2020. You cannot deny Repeat issues each year where you previously had to return for several units. If this is how this company responds, it says it all! Avoid. Todays update Jan 29th 2021 after company this week, a sleeping Zzzzz wake up !!!! Manager finally replied but did not reply to being notified , taped calls months ago, for not cleaning, Strata written complaint, Todd Ramsay on site clerk ignored taped calls, photos provided as requested by Ramsay. Also taped call of complaint to this company. Take Notice! Previous review stands Google. This Owners Response is alleged negligent, lied about cleaning , when FACT they were months late in even responding and admitted it in the Managers lame reply. Where were they, under a rock? Company owner, abusive, libel, and lied alleged. I provided a truthful review., taped calls recorded conversations and Strata ignored written complaint. Provided photos. They Did not clean the windows and admitted they did not even respond. Only responding months later. They ignored and admittedly don't even care to monitor reviews. Take Legal Notice! Not engaging otherwise to this rediculous company's late replies. Action in progress. Reputable companies resolve issues and do not abuse owners. Zero customer service. Documented they were notified Avoid.
