The Owner is very customer service oriented. I had an issue with a piercing and he fixed it. While I was there I was able to notice the place is extremely clean. He was working on a tattoo and the design was interesting. Great tattoo and piercing shop. You will be taken care of as I have been today. I was just a walk in and I felt as if I had been family coming for decades.

Got all five of my tattoos done here. Friendly and awesome staff. Melissa Pratley did a wonderful job with these designs. so in love with them! cannot wait to come back and get more tattoos done !
My sister and I have both gotten tattoos done by Tim and we absolutely love them! Tim did my fifth and largest tattoo to date and it was the first time I actually barely felt anything. He is hilarious and Ryan is the most straight forward and caring person when it comes to ensuring you're getting what you really want! Hoping to book my next 2 tattoos soon
Such a nice and welcoming environment! Ryan at the front desk was so kind and bubbly!! Tim, the tattoo artist, was AMAZING. I had run into some trouble with some previous tattoos and he was more than happy to help me out. Very kind and genuine, very passionate about what he does which made me feel extremely confident and comfortable with him. Not to mention his work is amazing! Thank you for such a great experience Ryan & Tim!
My siblings and I went to get tattoos, and our tattoo artist Tim was soooooooo awesome! He was so friendly and let us have control over our tattoos and gave us options. I have 2 tattoos and this is my third that I got done, and he is bar far the best tattoo artist I have had! I emailed from the website and Vishal emailed back quick, and tried every way to accommodate the 4 of us. I would definitely recommend this place and our tattoo artist Tim, he's the best!!
