I have traveled with them and believe me there was not a single issue we had during our trip for Umrah. It was an amazing experience for my family and whatever they promised, was delivered. I have seen negative comments but don't every agency have it. If one person had a problem what about dozens of others who have positive. I highly recommend them and will travel again with Adam Travel when time comes.

I needed to go for Hajj and Umrah, other places cheated me, but these people were very genuine. they picked the lowest prices, and highest quality. the agents truly care about you. it has a family feeling to it. thank you Adam travel!

I am warning all Adam Travel Clients who have been dealing with them, they are taking off Visa fees for no reason, they are claiming they have submit visa but when you will ask them to provide the visa fees then they just simply disappear and don't answer, they will never provide you visa copy and expectation is that they blocking this money for their own interest. Please claim your refunds with visa fees. and make sure they are not escaping and swallow your money. They lie from the day one about the payment. Poor value. Totally unprofessional. They don't respond on emails. I claim refund in whats-app chat and now instead of reply they have remove me from the group. On individual chat that respond like this. They truly don't care.
