Went into the store a few weeks ago for some numbing spray for my partner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Croq Monsieur 10/10 product. Worked like magic.

Great store, love the selection theres lots to choose from. Usually I dont like going into stores like this because the staff like to push sales no matter if the product is good or not but that is not the case here. I was helped by Jo and she was very helpful with her recommendations and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Hubby and I were in store a few weeks ago. Hubby is typically uncomfortable in these stores. Our sales person was Kate. She was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable there. She was very open and honest about the good and bad points of various products. One that she recommended is now my favourite toy.
Ordered online, the whole experience was terrible. Shows CAD beside the price online but when placing the actual order you get it converted from USD to CAD, very annoying. Why show it in CAD if you're just going to convert it anyway from USD. Called customer service, the lady Tracy sound very disinterested in my request of cancelling the order. I just hope she actually did cancel the order.
The shop is extremely well kept, and the layout is fantastic ! Amazing staff, very friendly, very knowledgeable, there to help and easy to speak with. I was there earlier this evening and the staff member that helped me out, was amazing. She helped me find a alternative to an item that was sold out. ( Sutil for the win ! ). I highly recommend this store, for product selection, cleanliness, ease of finding items, and most of all, the customer service of the staff. Will definitely be continuing do shop here in the future.
The store is really wonderful and their selection is killer. This is a great place for newbies to come because the staff is really open, very non-judgmental and super helpful. This is the only place I'm interested in going!
Went to the store to learn they dont have the same prices online as they do in store infact there prices in store are 3 times as much as online and that is not how it should be an item that is 29 online should not be 80 in store love nest on main is way better
drove to this place twice after work at 8pm to find them closed both days now. although their hours online says it was updated 5 days ago. they aren’t actually open till 9 or even 8 for that matter. kind of annoyed driving across the city 2 days in a row to find out their times posted online are incorrect.
