Friendly staff. I've had my cars serviced here several times and it's always been a positive experience. I've never been forcefully upsold, or offered anything that I didn't ask for etc. With service, they'll wash your car for you as well.

Acura West is a great place to go if you need service on your vehicle. I was recently having problems with my RDX that other shops couldn't source. They were able to quickly find the route and quoted me prices. Thank you guys for being friendly and making me feel welcome. They also gave me a follow up call to see how I was doing.
