recently we join bus tour for long weekend. bus was comfortable and big space for legs this is a plus. first we went to thousand islands and paid for boat tour and all payments paid in the bus you don't get receipt for it this is a minus. all of the places cost money in the tour and they get payment in the bus so you will not get any receipt its better to pay your own when you arrive. then we went to Ottowa parliament building. then stayed int he Microtel hotel our room was great just like little apartment. second night was mess in travelodge hotel little rooms no kitchen etc. we went to montreal they just visited to olympic stadium they did not visit montreal hill its a minus. we did not join all tours in the menu because not needed spend money for nothing. you can not stay in the bus if bus stops somewhere even its raining this is a minus which happened to us they push you go out of the bus even raining. we paid 120 for the tour and 30 cash for driver and guide which they don't guide outside of the bus they just provide info in the bus. if you join same tour i do recommend 200 to 300 extra cash per person to join full adventure for this tour to go. for the price it is worth the money to travel but i don't like cash payments at all. 2 nights in the hotel already just tour price if you think and microtel hotel have free breakfast in the morning so that a plus. over all 3 stars some minuses but for the price which is 150 for the bus and guide it is recommended don't pay for buffets for lunch etc because of the limited time you will not enjoy at all. bring waters and soft drinks etc even some food with you to reduce high cost of meal etc. over all we had good times and nice pictures and even some nice shows in the Quebec City.
Fantastic company to work with from the start to finish! Kathy in sales offered great customer service and made sure all our needs were met. Hens was the best driver!!! He was beyond helpful, efficient, safe, and very friendly. Great service and communication all around. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.
Just had a great trip with the Georgetown Living Hope Alliance Church to Walters Dinner Theatre on August 29/2019 -- the day westbound 401 was closed at HWY 8 !!! Cannot compliment our driver DEAN enough. He expertly and calmly took detours to get us all there on time and safe to the show and lunch. Dean is very personable,humorous and attentive to helping our seniors both on and off the bus -- he was so professional and a great representative of Denny's Bus Lines -- Thank You Dean
Great experience. Was quick to respond throughout the entire time of our working relationship and made sure all of my needs were met. Kathy was great and all the bus drivers were excellent !
