This wasn't quite the same as an in-person appointment, but I did find it excellent and a great tool for communicating and sharing some of the issues I am dealing with. The screen sharing and ability to have my web-cam in hand also were very useful. Obviously this is also very convenient and safe!

On my first visit ever with Steven was amazing. He didn’t just have me lay in a chair and feel my back looking for where I’m tight and start adjusting. He asked what my issues were and how I believed it cause my pain. He actually figured out what was causing my lower back pain. He actually only did one adjustment and had me do 3 exercises and I’m writing this the next day. My back feels so much better. I can’t believe that my back didn’t go right back to being stiff the next day. I will continue these exercises everyday because I had instant relief leaving his office and still the next day. Steven really knows how to fix a lower back so that I can strengthen it so I don’t have pain anymore. Thank you so much Steven.
