I have twice had a problem with my dryer and called Action Reparation. They are friendly, efficient and professional. Both times, Jonathan, the technician was able to come the next day. He called before to give us an estimate of when he could come. He was extremely professional and fixed the problem quickly and gave tips on how to avoid it the next time. The price was very reasonable. The admin person is also very nice. They are definitely my go-to people for any problems and i highly recommend them.

I called today to repair my dryer. which abruptly stopped working last night. They happened to have a technician in the area who was here within 3 hours of my call (otherwise, they were able to offer me an appointment for tomorrow) The technician, Jonathan, diagnosed the problem quickly (fortunately, it was a small problem) and fixed it without adding unnecessary bells,whistles and extra time. Prices were very reasonable. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems. The technician, as well as his assistant and the lady who booked the appointment were all very polite and accommodating. I hope that I won't need their services again soon but if I did, I would not hesitate to call them or recommend to others.
The service was great, the technician was transparent and quick. The price is right. Got a same day repair for my fridge and it works great! Jonathan did an awesome job!
I called this company and they had a spot for me for the next day. The service was amazing and for the best quote I could find. I was having difficulties finding a technician to change the water hose on a LG dishwasher machine and install it, everywhere I called, someone was either totally rude and unreceptive because I bought a piece beforehand; and/ or trying to rip me off. I'm very impressed and will highly recommend them from now on. Ultra professional, nice, honest (no hidden charges), the technician had a piece that was missing and did not overcharge me for it (fair price). Wow! Thanks!
Called to ask about problems with my Samsung refrigerator...these are the only ones that were able to diagnose the problem correctly and give me an on the phone estimate for correcting the problem. These guys are great.
