Wow! What a great experience! Clean showroom, lots of trailers to view. A few shout outs: Brad, our sales guy was amazing! So knowledgeable and super friendly. We’ve met many RV/Trailer sales people and no where near as great as Brad. Also Kelly, the receptionist was hilarious, she was so lovely, we chatted about everything from camping to marriage to our houses. Also Benjamin the Finance Manager, he was so thorough and talked us through all our questions rather than rushing us to sign papers. The only downfall to this place is the sales manager, I think her name is Kim. She has terrible customer service, doesn’t smile at all and makes you feel very unwelcome. If it wasn’t for Brad, being so upfront and welcoming, We wouldn’t of gave them our business.

I was in to see Zeno the Sales Person with no intentions of buying but found something I really liked. I am really big on after Sales Experience, they have been over the top to make sure I have been looked after and happy. Everybody I have dealt with all have that same attitude
The sales manage was only concerned about pushing me into making a decision. She does not listen to customer needs!!! Brad was excellent to work with but I will be making my purchase at another dealership!
Was looking for a used trailer in a specific price range. I found an ad on Kijiji for just what I was looking for. I contacted the seller “Brad” and discovered it was being sold by Vision RV. I was avoiding purchasing from a business because I didn’t like the sales pressure that is often found. I went to look at the trailer with skepticism but found Brad to be pretty chill and very helpful. No pushing, no trying to upsell or anything. He asked for what I was looking for and was super accommodating! I ended up buying that very same trailer I originally went to see for exactly what I wanted to pay for it. This was an awesome trailer buying experience for me. Also, since this was my first tome buying an RV, Brad was super helpful in letting me know what I was going to need to eventually take it home (hitch type, brake controller etc). AND they are keeping her safe and sound until I’m ready to take her out camping!!! If I ever am looking to upgrade, I’ll come back to see them again!
Best of the best! Brad was our sales person and he was so knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a trailer!
