I placed an order for a tank in February of 2019 paid in full, it was to be delivered April 16 2019. Since April I have had nothing but a run around with this company Brad the salesman I dealt with here in Edmonton has no clue when my tank will arrive he suggested I deal with Polywest manager in Winnipeg Kacee also has no clue where my tank is or if it is even made yet it’s June now. I was told when I paid for the tank in February that the tank was made here in Edmonton then I was told it’s made in Winnipeg lastly they told me it’s made in Montana and that’s why it was taking so long?? I would not recommend this company to anyone, they have no idea when this tank will arrive but they are not honest about it and three times I’ve been given false arrival dates. The managers and salesman don’t really care about the little guy and then they lie about.

Polywest is always a pleasure to deal with. We have bought a few things from them and I've never had a bad experience. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I came here for a plastic tank as I had seen some half decent reviews, but upon arrival I realized they are just a BUNCH OF JERKS
