I visited AGL to have my diamond ring appraised today. I am very pleased with my experience. Ben is extremely prompt in responding to emails right from the beginning, and is very accommodating as well. Upon arrival, he asked me why I was bringing my ring in and offered to take a look at the ring and match it with the GIA report (free of charge), instead of me paying to have it appraised! I really appreciate his honesty. I had mentioned in one of my emails that a thread somehow got caught on one of the prongs on the setting, he was kind enough to bring it to the jeweller next door to help me remove it. Ben is extremely qualified and is a Certified Appraisal Professional from the CJA. These reviews aren't too good to be true...and I'm confident that they are all real as well.
