Money Pit. They will charge and recharge at every turn. Never buy the desktop version it will be obsolete instantly, Then more charges. More charges with Online version even if you buy the desktop. More charges per user. More charges for each piece. Don't be fooled it doesn't integrate with banking and payment platforms unless you download and upload data, so whats the point. More charges for Helpdesk. More charges to close the account. This is a bad service and they will not be considerate on the charges. They will rip you off and not care.
