This is the worst company to do business with! As a contractor in a small community I have to order many products in for my customers. This company was the worst! It took over 3 weeks just for them to ship out the shower. The shipping crate was a joke and the shower got damaged through transit. Customer service was great they said they would expedite the replacement blah blah blah... they will tell you anything soooo politely to get you off the phone. Its been over 3 weeks and the replacement shower has not been shipped! If you have a loved one that really needs an ADA roll in shower GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Friendly and helpful customer service! When I called, they listened to what our needs and concerns were for our aging parents. They offered suggestions, advice and product options to suit our situation (while considering the space limitations we were working with in the bathroom). After placing our order, the new accessibility shower pieces arrived quickly. We are so pleased with the quality of the pieces we chose and the helpful service we received in the planning. This so called company has a very poor cancellation policy! The principal of a cancellation fee for something that was cancelled just hours after the order was confirmed that was “off the shelf” and never shipped is ludicrous. I can understand the policy for custom orders or something that was already shipped. This is not the case. Merinda proposed a 3-4 week turn around time minimum for an off the shelf item. I confirmed with my family that that turn around time would be too long for my elderly and severely handicapped father. I tried to call Merinda back that evening but she was was unavailable until the next day. I was able to reach Merinda the following day when she tried to tell me that product was miraculously available now and could be shipped immediately. At that point our carpenter had already started making a custom bench for my dad. Since I had to cancel the order because of the custom build, I was charged a cancellation fee. Bad business policy and very poor business ethics! Beware of this company! I would give the company a ZERO star if it was available.

We recently received our bidet toilet attachment and new shower equipment (pan, fold out seat, and grab bars). Quality was excellent and fast delivery. I had to call about some questions to pick the right size of bidet toilet attachment and the employee was very knowledgeable about the products. Thanks!
