I was with them before they became Access Storage and I have no regrets. Gale is the most lovely and kind woman. When times got rough because of covid they were pretty understanding of my late payments. Very easy and smooth transaction. Would highly recommend!

Nice, clean, safe and secure. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe place to store their belongings. From the minute you walk into the office you can tell the staff is not only friendly but looking to protect your assets.
We used this specific location before under previous owners. We’ve been very satisfied. My disappointment under Access Storage is the extra costs of a lock and insurance. When called to book, the insurance was not listed as a cost either (the lock was). The staff are very friendly and helpful otherwise.

I have always had a wonderful experience at your business. I do hope you realize what a gem of an employee health in Gayle. She’s so personable and friendly and helpful. She really knows her stuff. Customer service is so important.
