Reserved a unit. when i went the day of the the reservation, they couldn't find my reservation and the unit that was available was not long available, leaving stranded last minute to find an alternative. Yes I rented off another Valiant Storage only after calling all the other places in 20km radius to find them all full. Know people that got ripped off at the Oshawa location and was trying to avoid by going to the Whitby location.
I have had storage units here for 3 years here and found the units clean. Management is always helpful. I did lots of research and found them the most affordable.
