It was easy to pop in and out, and even easier to extend my rental period when I needed to. Jacqui is super accommodating and the facility was easy to access and use. At the beginning, there was an error in the billing, but Jacqui called me back to apologize and explain within a day to fix it (on a Saturday even!). It can be a little pricey, especially for a student, but I do recommend Access Storage. I've been to 2 different Access Storage facilities now, and both were top notch.

Second Time the car has been Broken into when parked at this place and the RV we had there was also broken into 1 time.Owner does not care. If you would like your car to be broken into - this is the place for you. They will steal everything you got from your car. Security here is a joke. This happened before and after access storage took over . Therefore I would never recommend storage here since it can all be stolen. For obvious reasons, this was the last time they will brake into our things - since we have moved somewhere with actual security
Unique facility with good customer service. We have used this location for warehouse storage for several years now (prior to Access Storage's acquisition of the facility). It has been a great facility for our needs providing a clean, quiet, and large storage facility that is different than all the orange garage door places. Lots of loading docks and 24 hour access has been super convenient. We would recommend it for anyone looking for storage solutions.
My boyfriend and I have had a very positive experience with Access Storage. Customer service has been excellent across the board, from our initial consultation on a storage unit to our move-out. The unit feels safe and moving things in and out has been easy and convenient.
First time renting a storage unit- wonderful experience. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. Setup process was seamless. The storage unit was clean and easy to access. I would 100% recommend this to a family member or friend.
