I have been using a locker @ the 30 Miller drive location. Adam and Jen at the front desk were 10/10. Helpful and responsive - great positive energy! On the website it claims 1 free month of storage - no such promo existed. Not cool access storage! The great staff is the only reason I chose to store my belongings at this location!

I had to arrange a storage unit as well as pickup & delivery to the unit in Barrie ON from our office in Dawson City YT. Despite the distance and relatively short timeline, the whole process went incredibly smoothly thanks to the professionalism of the staff at Access Storage. Would recommend and I will use again if needed
Had an issue but was swiftly dealt with and even had a wonderful follow up as well, thank you for the great price and even more thanks for fixing the issue quickly. Also a personal call was nice, great to see a company follow up on this.

I called on the Jan 1 holiday, some one very helpful and informative answered and got me all setup. Showed up Jan 2 at the office quickly and easily signed the paperwork abd was on my way
