We were referred to Access Storage by the moving company that helped us when we relocated our mother to a smaller home. The price of the rental could not be beat and the staff who found us the space we needed was understanding of our situation and made sure our needs were met. The gentleman at 380 Vantage Drive was also extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with. The importance of great customer service is obvious at Access Storage.

I was inquiring about possible storage, Matt and his staff was incredibly helpful, understanding and went above and beyond for me. I didn't end up needing storage but if I ever do, this is the place I'd go. Highly recommend this company for all your storage and moving supplies needs.
Very disappointing customer service. I was supposed to move in this morning but nobody called last night to give me my access code. I went to the office which says online is supposed to open at 8, but no one is there. I waited until after 9 and still no one. I've been calling the 1800 number and no answer all morning. UPDATE: I was contacted about the error and the company was generous in fixing everything.
Great guy, he went above and beyond to get me into their units. Will recommend and return if I need more storage
