I went there Wednesday, October 21/2020 for a 20 lb. propane refill, they were too busy to walk 60 feet to do this for me ! I guess the next time my 42 foot motorhome needs some service or parts I will find another rv dealer to do my work !

camping in parksville thought we'd stop by and see if they had a step for our dog. Was met by a rude lady asked her a question about a 5th wheel. Couldnt be bothered. Dont recommend this place.
