Tristan has piano teachers all around the city. My instructor Lucas is a very professional pianist who provides teaching with high expectation but also patience and encouragement. I had no experience with the piano before, but after learning it for less than a year, I've made significant progress. The price is also reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

Lucas Porter is a gifted pianist, and an AWESOME piano teacher ! He is always attentive to my son’s learning style and adapt lessons to fit his needs. Lucas communicates goals for his students in an effective manner. A structured approach that allow flexibility. Even with the lockdown a few months ago, Lucas encouraged and helped my son further develop his piano skills through online learning. Lucas' ability to teach abstract concepts in meaningful way, connect and engage his students make it enjoyable for my son to take piano lessons with him.
Maria Sourjko is a wonderful teacher. Patient and with you at every step. She makes learning enjoyable and provides a lot of motivation. I would recommend her highly as a teacher, especially if you are a new and inexperienced student. At the beginning, learning the piano has a learning curve, but Maria makes it easier.
I took up classes as a beginner with this school as my 2020 new years resolution. I was paired with a wonderful teacher named Cissy. She's very attentive and understands my goals. In less than half a year, she thought me to read the basics and play an advance song which included a verse, chorus, bridge, solo and outro. Would recommend 100%!!
I have been taking lessons with Cissy Zhou for the last 6 months and I am very satisfied with her teaching. She is very passionate, energetic, detail-focused and that is precisely what I was looking for. Her insistence on foundational principles has helped me adopt good habits and break out of a few bad ones early on. She explains some of the habits that I might get away with at my level, but that would turn limiting my progress down the road if unchecked. She has sharp eyes and ears for spotting mistakes and provides constant feedback, positive and negative. She does a good job adapting to your pace, moving on quickly with things that you master well and slowing down when hitting the more difficult areas. She has provided me great coaching on how to practice on my own, on hand positioning, finger positioning, posture, sheet reading, etc. I really appreciate that Cissy is rigorous (always in a constructive way) and pushes me to be better, apply myself and improve! Very satisfied and would recommend Cissy to anyone serious about learning and improving their piano practice!
