Tyler and Ron were excellent to work with in our septic tank clean out. They came out in a timely manner. Ron was an excellent driver/operator who took care of backing up down a curved residential driveway avoiding tree's and planters which look beautiful but obstructed his pathway. The manner which Ron took this obstacle course was with humor and a friendly continence. These guys do customer service old school and what a joy it was to see some businesses still value quality service. Support local small business and give Absolute Septic a call you will be glad you did. Thanks guys for an outstanding job!! Happy New Years!!

I can't speak highly enough of these guys, they dropped everything when I called and said I had an emergency, and needed my septic tank pumped that day. The company I had been working with wouldn't help but on one call they were there within the hour. Did a great job and reasonably priced Thank you!
Educational. The lovely young man didn’t mind telling me about the workings of the septic system as I watched. I learned a lot and was happy about the job.
Absolute Septic Service was extremely informative on my septic issue, and had done an excellent job on resolving the problem! I had also rented a portable restroom and fencing for an event, and they were serviced and delivered on time, I highly recommend!!!
Tyler at Abolsute Septic did a septic system inpsection at a home we were considering purchasing on Lasqueti Island. Very thorough, knowledgable, great communication, fast turnaround, and honest. Can't recommend Absolute Septic enough and will definitely spread the word.
Absolute Septic came out and emptied both are septics, including doing some extras, and came in at a great price! Ben was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient! Highly recommended.
Well of coarse sh%tty things always have to happen on a holiday long weekend. Discovered that our 1 yr old septic system was backed up. Having moved from the Lower Mainland to a rural area in Port Alberni, we city folk have a lot to learn about maintenance of septic systems and wells. Contacted the company that installed the septic system, not Absolute, and while they diagnosed the problem on the phone they do not do pump outs. A sh%tty job, but someone has to do it. Phoned Terraspure as this is the company we rented an outhouse during the home construction. Due to the long weekend Terrapure did not have anyone available to help us. I asked for a recommendation for other local companies and they provided Absolute. Well now I think I know why they choose this company name. Ben and Tyler were Absolutely terrific to deal with. They were able to assist, were here prior to time they indicated, got our system pumped to correct the problem. We don’t need to worry now about being up Sh%ts Creek.
