Very irresponsibly run place. Someone gets on the board and ruins a part of the co op without asking anyone else that lives there and spends the co ops money like a personal piggy bank. Money for something they personally want. Then they move to a better appartment in the co op a large part with more rooms then people that they shouldn't be allowed to have. They leave the other tenants there with a huge mess that can't be fixed after the totally ruined it. Also they say ten years ago a certain someone was on a list and they wait and wait and end up in abusive relationship with no where to go and when they realize that is co op got rid of their list because there wasn't any more money to help those in need to get subsidiary oh I wonder why. Money is spent like a person piggy bank and people in desperation are left of in the cold

I don't understand a cooperative it has absolutely no website whatsoever and you cannot get any answers from the coordinator
Best coop in all of Ontario , people here are very friendly ,helpful , not just an apartment but a life style . It's like a big family .
