From the moment I found them on line browsed their site to placing my order it was a great experience. Even a real computer dummy would find it difficult to screw up on their site & unable to place an order. They kept you informed about the progression of your order with details of shipping & delivery dates, to the point of advising when it was delivered. I can not express the true pleasure of dealing with this establishment and hope others purchase from them all your needs for knitting/crocheting. Love this shop!! The wool is excellent and the customer service warm and cheery. Mail orders have a quick turnaround. Will definitely order here again!
Still waiting for my order. Wrote a couple times and phoned once and they never got back to me. Very poor customer service. No communication from them at all.
