This is the worst financial institution. The customer service is horrible. They lie to cover their mistakes, rather than finding solutions. They don't care about people. Shame on you for destroying people's lives! They don't even deserve one star. I'd give a zero if I could.

I've been with vanity for over 10 years now I wouldn't change banks because this is the best bank I've ever been with. VERY. friendly fast efficient and very helpful.

I find I am constantly having problems with there customer service. They do not listen to what I want and do as I ask. Somethings that are so simple that my other bank has no problem understanding.

I love working with credit unions compared to bigger nationwide banks which never is helpful for mortgages and loans. Vancity is best among all credit unions
