I walked in a few weeks ago and asked the store owner if he had a specific vacuum part; He scoffed and in a condescendingly tone said \No! I don't know why anyone would want something like that!\ - As if I was crazy or stupid for wanting it. I gave him 2 stars because I'd been in a couple of years ago and he was quite helpful. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that's no reason to treat potential customers like they are idiots. Try instead to ask WHY they might want that part....

These guys are great! I took my vacuum hose in to have a switch replaced. A shop in Chilliwack told me it would take a week to get the part and I would have to leave the hose with them for a few days. These guys at Valley fixed it right on the spot. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Superb service, and friendly people to deal with. Look no further for vacuum repairs.
