We like our desk, coffee table, and bookshelf, but it took FOREVER for them to deliver it and then they kept getting our order wrong and missing quality control checks from the retailer we bought it from. Here is a list of our problems incurred while working with this company: 1) Coffee table stain done incorrectly/incompletely on the initial product 2) Bookshelf backdrop was not the same style as we ordered 3) Desk came with only half the components to it the first time 4) Second time the desk was delivered the legs on one side were the wrong colour (did not match at all!) 5) The top to the desk had the wrong corner shape to it on the second delivery 6) It took over 3 tries for them to almost get everything right! We still have the wrong backdrop to our bookshelf, but did not bother telling them because it would have taken another 4 months probably for them to get it right 7) Our order was delivered about a month late (and as incorrectly as described above) Beautiful furniture, horrible organizational skills!
