I was super impressed today with my service at the Abbotsford store! The ladies were absolutely wonderful and knew I was from out of town so put my order through as quick as possible! I was very indecisive and they helped me decide and were very patient when I changed my mind. This is the kind of service you don't get everywhere anymore so I highly suggest these guys for your engraving needs ️️️

My step mom and I needed to get two keys cut. The lady said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. We told her we would be in the mall just browsing. We went back to the store and the gate was closed, there was no sign saying that they were gone or had gone on a break. My step mom panicked because she was running out of time and she was heading out to work right after. I then told her I was going to go get a snack and a cold drink. About 10 minutes later, I start walking back with my food and drink. I see her at customer service with security. People at customer service kept calling this lady who was working at things engraved. I was trying to keep my step mom calm. Few moments later the lady arrived and we got our keys back. Not happy with our service, very unprofessional!

Went in today to look around and the girl behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all. Whatever was on her phone was more interesting and she never looked up once. I left, walked by again few minutes later and she was still in the same position nose deep in her phone.

Awesome sauce

Went in to get a mailbox key cut that I needed for that night. The lady at the desk took 10 minutes to check 2 drawers and then told me they were out of the size I needed. When i asked if it could be ordered she laughed in my face and told me no. The size is a normal mailbox key found in any apartment building. If you are going to advertise that you cut and copy keys, make sure you have REGULAR SIZED KEYS in stock. Was always a fan of Things Engraved and told my customers to go there occasionally, but I will no longer do so and will not be returning due to bad service and bad stock management.

Maybe greeting you customers and acknowledging their presence would be a good idea for a store in the mall. I have never felt more un welcomed in to any store in my life.
