I typically like the quality of the shoes and the prices are reasonable. They have some great purses too. Stock was a little low today but that is likely due to the fact they just had some big sales. Will be back again.

Another awesome time at the shoe company! I went in looking to browse for my kids school runners. Thankfully Jody was there working and was able to help me find everything I needed. Not only that she offered me a private shopping day because she totally gets the busy shopping mom vibe I had going on today! I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. They have new management that are welcoming and helpful always. Such an improvement from previous experiences. The store is so Covid-19 friendly and clean. The girls there are doing an amazing job. They have other locations, but this is my go to. I make the drive from chilliwack ever since she switched stores. Thanks Jody and Rabindeer you ladies are awesome.
I have to say the service was wonderful. I had purchased winter boots from there and they had a recall on them so I called and was asked to come in and exchange. I went in and they made the process so easy and exchanged them no questions asked and instead of going home with one pair I bought two lol.
I went in to find some shoes for my grandma but this store did not have what i was looking for. However, I had a great experience nonetheless. This was mainly due to one of the girls in the front store, I believe her name was Ravbinder. She offered me assistance as soon as I walked in and gave me alternatives for what I was looking for. She also gave me some ideas of where I could get the shoe I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back next time im looking for shoes!!
Walked in after work in my work clothes and got totally ignored, while two other people coming in behind me were asked almost immediately if they needed help , walked around the store of pretty much empty shelves trying to find the DC's I was told they definitely had in stock, 1 pair in size 18 . Pathetic store trying to sell people junk they have left instead of what they want and discriminatory employees looking down on a working person.
