Earlier this week, I had an amazing coverup done with Chantel. Her lines are amazing she's easy going and a pleasure to work with. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the level of professionalism and her patience with tattooing & tattoo care. Upon entry The Point had a specific protocol for ensuring that myself and their staff were protected, which I found to be relieving. Despite going through this procedure the staff were extremely friendly and outgoing. Matt met me at the door and led me through the steps I needed to take before I could get started. Chantal came highly recommended from a friend who makes special trips specifically to get work done. From start to finish, she was professional and effective. Her sketch reflected precisely what I was hoping for and at my request she made an adaptation on the fly with no issue. I am beyond pleased with how it looks and she has earned my business for life. Her instructions for aftercare were clear and specific, and she covered the “whys” and “what to do if-s” with me in detail. After my appointment I had a consultation with Matt about a larger involved piece - who also comes highly recommended from a friend - my biggest to-date. He listened and provided guidance without being overbearing, taking the time to explain his reasonings and making sense of things to myself. You could tell that he was getting excited about the piece, nearly as much as I was. I love that in an artist. I can’t wait to get to work on it and see what he comes up with. The takeaway here is that these folks are professional and outstanding in their craft. I am pleased to recommend them to you with no hesitation, you will not be disappointed.
