Went to this location to deposit money in bank machine as we all know that there are no envelopes to use anymore. I put in cash, it took it all, rejected some, left some as a deposit and some was stuck in slot I couldn't get out so it was frustrating that money is not accounted for...I went into bank to deposit the rest of cash in my hand and found out I'm out some money...well I talked to teller lead customer service there and started an investigation...as they're saying I made a deposit at another bank location not at this location...I mean OMG there's cameras everywhere...NEVER DEPOSIT IN THIS OR ANY MACHINE AGAIN...it is collected by a third-party company and I was not advised by this teller supervisor to give those people a call to see what I can do about this issue...on top of all that I had an abscessd tooth...had a wonderful week.

Poor service. They made me wait an hour and said they can’t help me with my problem. Wouldn’t recommend to it at all.
Always busy here but the people that work here are exceptional.
This branch took my money for a stop payment on a fraudulent activity. Then the activity continued resulting in numerous NSF charges. When I attempted to dispute the charges they informed me that they only forgive 1 or 2 of them. This 100 fraudulent activity turned into over 900 in NSF and overdraft fees. Terrible bank. Awful branch. Horrible, horrible people. You cost me over 900 and closed my account then sent me to a collections agency. For your own error. Disgusting that you are still in business and disgusting the news and the police havent shut you down.
Service is fine, other locations are better. I personally like banking with TD as a company but this location needs improvement. This location also smells really really bad. I will go out of my way to avoid going to this location if I can. Sometimes I have no choice but to leave because it smells so bad.
