Needless to say worst customer service! and NO SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL. I went in this weekend, I had to wait a very long time in line about 20-30 mins, didn't see much staff on floor, never once been acknowledged by any staff or offered assistance, Not even greeted. but by only one lady at the door. (came in for return and a whole new purchase for shoes, 10-15mins) no one seem to be free to take my size they had two girls helping and one free at the door. Took about 30 mins for someone to notice me and the only one who did was still the same girl at the door. very disappointing service no staff whatsoever on the floor time to time.
