The store clerk was very nice and all they were able to ask Bell for the credits for our account. However we had some problems with our bill after the first month, we had to sort it out with Bell and we found out that we were suppose to get 150 in accessories for each line that we got. I would recommend going to the actual Bell store instead to talk about hidden fees, or the proper bill and also rewards that you have with your account. 5/5 for interaction, but with the delivery of the product (bill and such) is 0/5.
