Vacuum ate my money, employee did not apologize and said he couldn’t do anything even though it’s on shell property and it’s a service they have. Innocent occurred Sunday Oct 25 at 7:21 PM. Please coach the rude employee on what the do or discontinue service entirely.

I went through the carwash on my lunch break one day and my car did not come out even remotely clean so i went in and complained. Well they then told me to go through a second time and i did for my car to come out of the carwash to a dirty car still and its not like my car was completely filthy originally but it was coming out of the wash covered in some kind of film. So they then gave me another complimentary carwash when i asked for the 17 dollars i paid for the wash back and they told me that is all they could do. well i used that on my car last night and the carwash sprayed my car with prewash and then stopped working. So i went in and complained again and they once again told me they will give me a free car wash and to come back the next day to use it. But i dont even live in abbotsford i live in chilliwack and im not wasting my gas to go through a carwash so now my car is cover in soap.
Immature staff locking the door on my wife while it was dark out acting like it was some funny joke. Previous to that incident I used the car wash and my car came out dirty. No shortage of other gas stations around to go to.
DON'T GO IN THE SHOP IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. They have no measures promoting distancing, most customers were unmasked, and people seemed clueless about risk of viral transmission.
Good gas prices. Always has hot coffee
