Andrea was very helpful in my booking and then continued to address any need or concern I had. The rest of the staff were very friendly and worked hard to exceed any covid cleaning measures. I enjoyed my stay and so did the kids. We will stay here again!

Fantastic stay, super clean and the GM Vik is super caring and took care of our reservations and specific requests with a personal touch. Vik communicated efficiently and effectively. Thanks for your hospitality Vik. Room was clean and comfy. Shower is awesome with high pressure and water flow. Short but very sweet stay and Denny’s breakfast and service from Valerie was excellent. Thanks to all. See you again soon.

I highly recommend this hotel for those needing a spot to stay in Abbotsford. The room are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location the hotel is very convenient as it’s next to shopping complex which includes a choice of restaurants, coffee spots, drug stores, and a movie theatre. Again, highly recommended !!

I arrived early . A lovely woman (Andrea) at reception was more than happy to accommodate me. I had previously stayed at a fairmont and a pan pacific property earlier in the week and they cost way more. I actually feel like the Sandman room was my favorite. Maybe the beds/pillows/linens aren't as nice as the formentioned hotels but the room itself was a lot nicer. This was my first Sandman experience. I will definitely stay at one of their locations in the future.
