Hello everyone. I emailed this company and the owner replied in a week (must be him because it is the cell number listed in the contact info). So he asked me about the project I have in mind, told him a bit of the details and WILLINGLY OFFERED TO COME OVER THE NEXT DAY to estimate the proposed project. And so i text him my address and told him that few other contractors will also come to estimate. The purpose I told him that are: #1. For 2nd opinion regarding the project and how they will do it if they have different ways or approach of doing it (just doing my due diligence in order not to be ripped off or scammed) #2. So that they won't come at the same time to estimate the project. The minute he learned that it was a small project and few other people coming to estimate as well, the guy/owner with no hesitation became so busy and will not be able to come. He said to just deal with the other people because he suddenly didn't have any time contrary to our first conversation that he can come over the next day to estimate. What happened to your no commitment, free estimate advertisement? Is it because its such a small project with possible competition from other contractors that you didn't care about customer service already? Its frustrating to deal with these kind of people. At first, they were so nice over the phone, then it just went whatever. My experience with this company is at good at all. What goes around comes around. Someday your business will fall down if you treat your possible customers like that. I might have a small project right now but who knows if I'm just testing if you can be trusted with bigger projects. I want the public to know that this company is not what it says in their advertisement. Beware for opportunistics and time wasters.
