Had multiple electrical tasks done around my home. The workers were professional and easy to interact with, I felt they really wanted me to be happy with the final product, which I was. They also explained the job in detail which I appreciated. After 10 months of the initial job an outdoor sensor light was not working properly so I reached out to the company and they responded quickly and replaced it within a week, and this was over Christmas time (within a week over Christmas, that's impressive!). I am satisfied with their work and impressed with their response to the faulty light. Would recommend.

We hired Premium Electric for a service upgrade and back-up generator installation and were very happy with the quality of service. I was experiencing some power issues, lights dim or not working in my condo. I assumed it was a problem with the fuse panel. After calling Premium, they arrived very quickly to troubleshoot the issue, which turned out to be an issue with BC Hydro, not my panel. The office staff and the technician were very friendly and professional. Premium will certainly be my go to in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!
