They have a lot of products out of stock all the time. I’ve looked for bitter apple spray every time I go there because it’s the closest pet store to my house but they never have that, or royal canine for medium dogs, or fish oil and some other things I’ve looked for there but they don’t have. If you ever need your pet groomed with a “special” or specific style this is not the place to take them. Some of the staff never know about product availability or location.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I went in for something specific, and the very friendly cashier showed me exactly where it was. It's never too busy and they have a great selection of pet products.
