A regular at the store, the staff is quite warm and with just a few questions, they're able to help you out as per your convenience. All the gifts I have purchased have been highly appreciated and make this place a perfect spot to buy your gifts from. Also, when they recommend something, it is usually a good idea to go with it, becauae you would always land up a better and economical deal as to what you might be going with originally.

Wonderful experience!!! The manager of this location is absolutely lovely to deal with. My boyfriend and I had come to get both of our watches batteries replaced and added an extra link to my band. I ended up buying a beautiful locket also! Thank you so much, outstanding customer service as always

Friendly and welcoming staff that were very helpful and informative with helping me find an ideal gift for someone special. Additionally they are taking every precaution to keep staff and customers safe during this pandemic with masks, screens, temperature checks and a carefully monitored limit to the number of customers in the store at a time. I would highly recommend for this years Christmas shopping.

I would like to appreciate sunita. She has very good selling skills. Before going to Michael, I went to few other jewellery stores with my friend to buy a chain. Out of all other stores service sunita’s customer service was outstanding. She sold us two chains at really good price. The experience I had in this first Visit made me to shop there again
